“per Merito” is Intesa Sanpaolo’s student loan program that enables university students to finance their studies through trust-based access to education, without the need for collateral.
Together with Logotel, the challenge was to design a strategy that would build trust, broaden awareness, and engage more students in the program.
“Cerchio del Merito” builds on this foundation, creating an integrated ecosystem of services that connects students, alumni, Intesa Sanpaolo, and partner companies. It supports beneficiaries throughout their academic and professional journey, fostering financial literacy, career growth, and meaningful connections.
The program’s core offer includes the Ambassador Program — peer-to-peer mentoring, a digital community, and a career portal — while its extended offer adds Ambassador Certification, future design tools, and strategy budgeting for personal and professional development.​​​​​​​
Its goals are to enhance Intesa Sanpaolo’s visibility, strengthen networks among stakeholders, and promote confident financial management — transforming the bank’s role from lender to lifelong partner in students’ journey.
